#WalangPasok: F2F Classes in NCR Suspended Due to Rising Flu Cases
Sunday, Oct. 12 – DepEd announced a two-day class suspension in some areas of Metro Manila due to rising cases of flu and flu-like illnesses. Classes in Mindanao areas are suspended due to continuing assessments following the recent earthquakes.
- NCR – No in-person classes in public schools on Oct. 13 and 14 (Monday and Tuesday); alternative learning modalities to be used
- Agusan del Sur province – Suspension of classes at all levels in both public and private schools
- Davao Oriental province – No in-person classes for all levels in public schools
- General Santos City – No in-person classes for all levels in public and private schools on October 13 and 14
- Tandag City, Surigao del Sur – No in-person classes for all levels in public and private schools
