Fox 5 Atlanta received multiple calls and messages about the possible shooting. After getting reports, SkyFox 5 flew over the scene. According to the source, they saw emergency responders on the scene treating people.
Before 11:30 a.m., the school told the network that the school had been cleared and students were being released to their families. Some students might be picked up from the school. The school assured them there would be buses for students who needed transportation to their homes. The school said it would share more information as soon as it could.
