NewJeans Members Haerin and Hyein to Return to Ador (Music Label Under Hybe)
NewJeans members Haerin and Hyein are reportedly set to return to power as they rejoin Ador under Hybe, signaling a renewed focus on group activities and creative direction. The move positions NewJeans for an expanded presence across promotions, tying the members’ individual skills back into the group’s momentum within the global K-pop stage.
The music label, Ador, announced the return of two NewJean members on X(Formerly Known as Twitter).
“NewJeans members Hyein and Haerin have expressed their intention to continue their activities with ADOR. After careful consideration with their families and thorough discussions with ADOR, the two members have made the decision to respect the court’s ruling and comply with the exclusive contract.”

After the announcement, South Korean media outlets reported that the three NewJeans members, Minji, Hanni, and Danielle, also decided to continue with the label.
According to Maeil Business Newspaper, the three members stated:
“After careful deliberation, we have decided to return to ADOR. One member is currently in Antarctica, which delayed our communication, and since ADOR has not responded yet, we felt it necessary to announce our position separately.”
“We will continue to meet you with heartfelt music and performances,” they added.
The publication added that on Oct. 30, the Seoul Central District Court’s Civil Agreement Division 41, presided over by Judge Jeong Hoe-il, ruled in favor of ADOR in the lawsuit concerning the validity of its exclusive contract with NewJeans. The court stated that, based on the group’s claims and submitted evidence, there was insufficient reason to conclude that trust between ADOR and NewJeans had deteriorated enough to warrant ending the contract.
