A “Kill Bill” star, Michael Madsen, 66, was arrested on Saturday, Aug. 17, for alleged domestic violence in Malibu. The actor spent his weekend in a Malibu/Lost Hills jail.
In a report by LA Times, the authorities responded to a report from a Malibu residence at 12:15 a.m. on Saturday “regarding a domestic disturbance.”
“The informant stated that a female adult alleged her husband pushed her and locked her out of their residence,” Deputy Raquel Utley, a public information officer for the sheriff.
Utley said the actor was transported and booked at the Malibu/Lost Hills sheriff’s station.
Madsen was taken into custody at 1:40 a.m. Later on, he was released by 9:12 a.m. after posting a $20,000 bail, as indicated by online jail records.
The investigation is still on-going.
