The Rock, John Cena Comment on the Release of Dolph Ziggler
The release of Dolph Ziggler from World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) came as a shock to many. The former WWE Superstar, whose real name is Nick Nemeth, has been with the company for 19 years.
Two of WWE’s most legendary Superstars, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and John Cena, have both shared their thoughts regarding the release of Ziggler. Both Johnson and Cena, who recently appeared at the same time on Smackdown, tweeted what they have to say on their respective Twitter accounts.
As of press time, Ziggler has yet to comment on his release on any of his social media accounts, including X (formerly Twitter).
The Rock, John Cena Take to Twitter to Comment on Dolph Ziggler’s Release
John Cena’s reaction to Dolph’s Ziggler may be short, but it is meaningful. The 16-time world champion highlighted the number of matches Ziggler had during his stay with WWE.

On the other hand, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson praised Ziggler for his “decorated career.” Dolph Ziggler is a two-time World Heavyweight Champion, a one-time NXT champion, and a six-time Intercontinental champion, among other titles.
Ziggler was likewise the winner of the 2012 Money in the Bank. He cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase on Alberto Del Rio, which resulted in him winning the World Heavyweight Championship.
“I’ll always be a supporter and fan,” The Rock says in his tweet.
Just seeing all these releases now.
These days so f’n tough for the ones who gave their all to our crazy world of pro wrestling. Like @HEELZiggler.
