Rodrigo Duterte to Undergo Medical Procedure, Bong Go Said

PH Senator Bong Go, a known ally of Rodrigo Duterte, said the Former President will undergo a scheduled medical check-up on Wednesday, March 12. He revealed this news on his Facebook live, however, he did not reveal a specific procedure.

“Dito po kami ngayon ni Doktora Agnes. Sisiguraduhin lang namin na maayos po ang kalusugan ng dating pangulong Duterte,” said Go.

On Tuesday, March 11, Duterte was arrested at the Ninoy Aquino Airport, as ordered by the International Criminal Court (ICC). Go also went to the airport to check on Duterte. He told the local media he had expected the arrest of former President Rodrigo Duterte upon his arrival in the country, as he had been hearing a lot about it in recent days.

As a close ally of Duterte, the senator brought food for former President Rodrigo Duterte and his family, as seen on Facebook Live. According to the caption of Bong Go’s official Facebook page, the soldiers still did not let him inside Villamor Air Base. Go told the media that he had already talked to one of Duterte’s kids, Kitty. The daughter said her dad is “in good condition.”
