
QC Announces Class Suspension on March 4
March 4—The Official Quezon City Government page announces suspension or no face-to-face classes to Daycare, Kindergarten, to Senior High School in Quezon City because of the 40-degree Celcius Heat Index, as advised by the Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (QCDRRMC).
In the same post, DepEd advised schools to implement other learning modes. Private schools and colleges are under the discretion of the school administration, but for the safety of teachers and students, they are encouraged to follow the national or localized suspension.
