All 15 Members of Super Junior Reunite for Ryeowook’s Wedding
Super Junior fans have much to celebrate today as all 15 members of the group, including its subgroup Super Junior M, reunited for a very happy occasion. That occasion is none other than the wedding of member Ryeowook.
Earlier today, May 26, Ryeowook married former Tahiti member, Ari. The couple’s engagement was announced back in March. Ryeowook announced the engagement himself via a handwritten letter on his social media accounts.
Super Junior is a second-generation K-Pop group who are widely respected by their juniors. The group’s fanbase, the Everlasting Friends (ELFs), are undoubtedly rejoicing given the reunion of their idols.
Super Junior Members Reunite
To celebrate the very special occasion, Ryeowook’s 14 other band members were there to celebrate. This marks the first time that all 15 members of the K-Pop group are seen together in years. The veteran group has experienced member departures through the years, cutting down the number to just 10 of the original members.
Former members who are present include Han Geng, who officially left the group in 2011 after a contract dispute. Former members Kim Bum and Kangin were also present, as well as inactive member Sungmin.
Ryeowook is not the first Super Junior member to marry. Sungmin married actress Kim Saeun in 2014. Han Geng married actress Celina Jade in 2019.
Zhou Mi, Henry Lau Also Present
The original 13 members of the veteran K-Pop group are not the only ones present for Ryeowook’s wedding. In fact, Super Junior M’s Henry Lau and Zhou Mi also attended the wedding. Videos circulating online show the two joining for group photos with the rest of the members.
The subgroup, formed in 2008, focused on the Chinese market.
