Apple held an event today, “Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show Press Conference.” As Super Bowl 2025 is approaching, fans have been anticipating Kendrick Lamar’s Halftime Show. His appearance has made headlines because of his famous beef with Drake. During the event, a host asked the “Humble” rapper what to expect on Sunday. Lamar responded, “There’ll be storytelling.”
It seems Drake’s lines from “Family Matters,” “Ay, Kendrick just opened his mouth, Someone go hand him a Grammy right now,” manifested a victory for Kendrick. Recently, Lamar bagged five Grammys, and his famous diss track “Not Like Us” made the Grammys attendees, including Taylor Swift and Beyonce. Aside from bagging Grammys, being invited to the Super Bowl 2025 is another win for Lamar. The question is, will we hear “Not Like Us” despite lawsuits filed by Drake to UMG?
