WWE Elimination Chamber PPV to be Held in Perth, Australia
World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has announced that it is making its long-awaited return down under in 2024. In particular, its Elimination Chamber pay-per-view (PPV) will take place live on February 24 in the Optus Stadium in Perth.
The PPV is part of the road to WrestleMania XL, which will take place on April 6 to 7 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. No official card has been released by the company as of press time.
WWE Elimination Chamber Live in Australia
WWE made the announcement via its social media platforms. An official press release posted on the company’s corporate website as well. According to the press release, Elimination Chamber 2024 is the first WWE live event in the country since 2018. It is also the only premium live event of the sports entertainment company in the Asia-Pacific region for 2024.
“Perth is the perfect location for a major WWE Premium Live Event in Australia, following a series of record-breaking WWE events in iconic international destinations,” says WWE Senior Vice President Chris Legentil in the press release.
“With a week full of WWE events and experiences, we hope to leave a lasting memory for Western Australia and the entire WWE Universe,” he adds.

The announcement likewise came with an exclusive pre-sale opportunity for those who are interested to watch Elimination Chamber live.
All fans have to do is to fill out a form and provide personal information. This includes the first name, last name, country of residence, and email address. After filling out and submitting the form, the one who signed up will receive an exclusive pre-sale passcode.

The PPV’s 2024 edition in Australia is a momentous occasion for WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley. This is because she hails from Australia.
“I’m beyond proud to represent Australia every single time I step inside a WWE ring and to bring a Premium Live Event to Perth is a dream come true,” Ripley says in the press release.
She adds, “Get ready Australia, because Mami is coming home.”
