Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso are Now WWE Undisputed Tag Team Champions
The tag team of Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso have won the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Undisputed Tag Team titles. The match, which took place during the Fastlane premium live event, saw the pair beating The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and Damian Priest.
Rhodes and Uso prevailed despite an interference by the other members of The Judgment Day, Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio. The match kicked off the live event, which took place in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Aside from The Judgment Day members, JD McDonagh also appeared to make an interference. However, he ended up laying out Damian Priest instead.
This is Jey Uso’s first title win ever since leaving The Bloodline, the faction of his family led by WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. As for “The American Nightmare,” this is his first title win since returning to WWE from All Elite Wrestling (AEW).

Outside of their tag team, both Rhodes and Uso separately won the tag team titles previously with other partners. Jey Uso won the title belt eight times with his twin brother, Jimmy. Rhodes, on the other hand, won the titles twice with Drew McIntyre and once with his brother, Dustin “Goldust” Rhodes.
WWE Fastlane Premium Live Event
WWE’s Fastlane became a setting of a number of firsts, much to the delight of WWE fans everywhere.
Aside from Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso’s first win as tag team, fans also witnessed LA Knight and John Cena team up for the first time. Knight, who was taking the place of AJ Styles, and Cena won over members of The Bloodline, Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso.
Fans also got to witness the WWE debut of Jade Cargill. Cargill recently signed with WWE after leaving AEW, the company she has been with since 2020.
However, Cargill did not wrestle during the debut at Fastlane. Instead, she was shown arriving at the event and shaking hands with Chief Content Officer Triple H.
